Sinopsis

The quality of human resources is a fundamental problem that hinders the economic development of a country, including Indonesia. The continuous improvement of the human resource structure is required through the provision of a quality education system both through formal and non-formal education in all education sectors starting at the primary school level up to the university level (Mulyasa, 2009). Next, Mulyasa (2009) revealed how important it is to develop a quality education system. This is because there are many indicators that show that education has not yet been able to produce human resources that are compatible with society’s expectations and development needs in Indonesia.
