Sinopsis

This course is a compulsory subject for students with the concentration tracks on International Law. Students are required to pass the International Law course as a prerequisite. The topics taught in Diplomatic and Consular Law include the notions of diplomacy, the sources of diplomatic and consular law, the legal establishment of diplomatic and consular relations, the diplomatic and consular’s privileges and immunities, persona grata and persona non grata, asylum, enf of diplomatic and consular relations, contemporary issue on diplomatic and consular law, diplomatic and consular in practice (Indonesia’s POV).
